Developing land well takes many disciplines working to one plan. We lead that work for the owner, from A to Z.
We test what the land can support, select and manage the architects, planners, engineers and specialist consultants, take the project through municipal approvals, and lead the public process, from pre-consultation to town hall meetings and council. From there we coordinate procurement, construction and delivery, phase by phase, keeping the owner informed and in control of every decision.

We assist owners with large-scale development, from a first feasibility study to a multi-phase community.
We are currently leading the development of a project of more than 800 units, delivered in three phases. On work of this size the owner needs one party at the centre of it all: setting the strategy, choosing the right firms, steering the approvals and keeping each phase on schedule and on budget.
